How to use the sent items grid?
This article discusses using the Online Portals Sent Items grid to review the messages you've sent.
To use the Sent Items grid:
- Select
Online Portals in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
- In the drop-down, click Messages.
- In the Messages grid, make sure the drop-down in the upper right of the page shows Sent Items.
- Below is a list of available functions in the Sent Items grid:

Click to Read the selected message. |

Click to Delete the selected message. |

Click to Print, Preview or Email the selected message. |

Click to Download the grid to an Excel report, which will be automatically downloaded to your computer's Downloads folder. |

Click to Customize the grid. Opens a dialog window where you can change the display order and visibility of each grid column. |

Click Refresh to refresh the contents of the grid. |
