IntelliMouse support (Mouse Wheel):
The grid responds to IntelliMouse activity as follows:
- If the user performs a vertical scrolling operation, the grid scrolls vertically by 3 rows for each click of the wheel.
- If the user holds down the Shift key while performing a vertical scrolling operation, the grid scrolls horizontally for each click of the wheel.
Keyboard navigation:
By default, the user can navigate the grid with the arrow keys, the PgUp and PgDn keys, and the Home and End keys.
Keys: | Grid Behavior: |
Up/Down Arrows | These keys adjust the current accounts in the grid view by scrolling the grid up and down. |
Left/Right Arrows | These keys adjust the current accounts in the grid view by scrolling the grid left and right. |
PgUp/PgDn | These keys scroll the grid up or down an entire page at a time. Unlike the vertical scroll bar, the PgUp and PgDn keys change the current row by the number of visible rows in the grid's display. When paging up, the current row becomes one of the first rows in the display area. When paging down, the current row becomes one of the last rows in the display area. |
Home/End |
These keys move the current cell to the first or last column. If necessary, the grid will scroll horizontally so that the current cell becomes visible. The current row does not change. Home and End will also move the insertion point to the beginning or end of text within a cell. |
