How to use the inbox grid?
This article discuses using the Online Portals Inbox grid to create new messages as well as read, reply, print and delete messages received from others.
How to use the Inbox grid:
- Select
Online Portals in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
- In the drop-down, click Messages.
- In the Messages grid, make sure the drop-down in the upper right of the page shows Inbox.
- Below is a list of available functions in the Inbox grid:
Button: | Description: |

Click New to create a new message. |

Click to Read the selected message. |

Click Delete to delete the selected message. |

Click Reply to reply to the selected message. |

Click Receive to fetch new messages. |

Click to Print, Preview or Email selected message. NOTE: Click here to learn more about print preview windows. |

Click to Download the message grid to an Excel report, which will be automatically downloaded to your computer's Downloads folder. |

Click to Customize the grid. |

Click Refresh to refresh the contents of the grid. |
