How to use the portfolio grid?

This article discusses how to use the Portfolio grid for Lenders in Loan Servicing.

The lender’s portfolio displays all the loans owned by the lender, along with each loan's sold rate, borrower's name, regular payment amount, principal balance and more. 

To use the Portfolio grid: 

  • Click the RUNNING MAN loan servicing Loan Servicing drop-down in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
  • Click All Lenders from the menu located in the drop-down menu.
  • From the grid, select the lender you want to view.

TIP: If the record you want to edit is not visible, use the grid's vertical scroll bar to scroll the contents of the grid page by page, or click FindSearch icon box Find to search for the record by entering your own search criteria.   • Double-click on the lender or click Table pencil Edit icon with border_r-PNG Edit from the top-page button menu.
  • Click dollar-sign-solidPortfolio from the vertical menu on the left to open the Portfolio grid.
  • From the Portfolio grid, the following options are available: 
Button:  Description:

Click this to open the Funding History menu.

NOTE: You can select Funding History for [borrower name], or All Funding History.

ACTIONS with button border outline

Click Actions to select from the following options:

Hide Paid Loans blank check box

 

Select this option if you want to hide loans with zero principal balance.

Display Net to Lender blank check box

Select this option to display net amounts to lender. Net amounts to lender are calculated by adjusting the sold rate and payment amount to reflect servicing fees and the differential between note rate and the sold rate.

     

    ACTIONS that looks like print, with button border Click Print to open the Amortization Schedule (Loan & Lender) assistant and print an Amortization Schedule.
    export-to-excel  Click to Download the grid to an Excel report, which will be automatically downloaded to your computer's Downloads folder.
    customize-grid Click to Customize the grid. Opens a dialog window where you can change the display order and visibility of each grid column.
    REFRESH with button border outline Click Refresh to refresh the contents of the grid.
