How to use the history grid in a lender file?
This article explains how to use the history grid in a lender file to view and edit historical information.
You can access the lender history grid through the All Lenders grid, or the Lender file.
To access the lender history grid from the Lender file:
- Click on the
Loan Servicing drop-down in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
- Click All Lenders from the menu located in the drop-down menu.
- From the grid, select the lender whose history you wish to see.
TIP: If the record you want to edit is not visible, use the grid's scroll bar to scroll the contents of the grid page by page, or click Find to search for the record by entering your own search criteria. For additional information see How to Use Find and How to Use the Data Grids.
- Double-click on the lender or click
Edit from the top-page button menu.
- Click
History in the vertical menu on the left.
- Below is a list of available functions:

Click to display a list of available Actions. Most selections apply to the currently selected record. The available choices are:

Click to Group or Ungroup the transactions by check number. |

Opens a dialog window where you can customize the grid by changing the display order of the grid columns and whether they are displayed or not. |

Click Refresh to update the contents of the grid. |

Use the drop-down list to filter the records shown in the grid, according to date ranges. The choices are:

All Loans. Use the drop-down list to filter the records shown according to the loan from which it originated. |
