How to use the GTM modification grid?

This article discusses how to use the GTM modification grid.

The modifications grid enables you to quickly and easily add, edit, and delete GTM modifications. It also allows for the reprinting of borrower modification notices and other reports. Below is a list of available functions:

To access the GTM modification grid:

  • Click on running Loan Servicing in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
  • Click the Loans drop-down.
  • Click on All Loans. 
  • From the All Loans grid, select the loan you want to modify.

TIP: If the record you want to edit is not visible, use the grid's vertical scroll bar to scroll the contents of the grid up or down, or click search criteria_search_clear all Find to search for the record by entering your own search criteria.   • Click edit from the options available on the top panel or double-click on the item. 
  • Click on the Terms from drop-down on Borrower page- Terms tab in the left panel of the loan. 
  • Click on the GTM tab. 

TIP: Before you have access to the Graduated Term Mortgage (GTMtab, you must first let the system know this is a Graduated Terms type loan. To do this, select GTM-Graduated Terms in the Rate Type drop-down menu located in the Options tab in the Terms page of the loan file.

Click to Edit a modification record.

Click to Delete a modification record.

Click to Cancel a modification record.

customize-grid

Customize Grid. Opens a dialog window where you can change the display order of the grid columns and whether they are displayed or not.

refresh

Click Refresh to update the contents of the grid.

NOTE: The grid's contents can be sorted in various ways by clicking any of the grid's column headers. If you click the same column header more than once, the sort will alternate between ascending and descending order.
