How to use the funding grid?

This article describes how to use the Funding grid.

The loan Funding grid enables you to quickly and easily add funding, add, edit or remove funding lenders. It also allows you to view an individual lender or all funding history for the loan.

To access the funding grid:

  • Click on running Loan Servicing in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
  • Click the Loans drop-down.
  • Click on All Loans. 
  • From the All Loans grid, select the loan you want to modify.

TIP: If the record you want to edit is not visible, use the grid's vertical scroll bar to scroll the contents of the grid up or down, or click search criteria_search_clear all Find to search for the record by entering your own search criteria.   • Click edit from the options available on the top panel or double-click on the item. 
  • Select dollar-sign-solidFunding from the menu in the left pane.
  • Below is a list of available functions:

Click to add funding.

Click to add a funding lender.

edit

Click to edit a funding lender.

delete

Click to remove a funding lender.

history

Click to view a funding history for an individual lender or the entire loan.

Click to view, add, edit, or delete the Interest Differential Distribution

Click to export the contents of the grid to Microsoft Excel.

write-letters

Click to write a letter to all or selected funding lenders.

email

Click to send an email.

Click to Erase all funding. 

customize-grid

Customize Grid. Opens a dialog window where you can change the display order of the grid columns and select whether they are displayed or not.

refresh

Click Refresh to update the contents of the grid.

NOTE: The grid's contents can be sorted in various ways by clicking any of the grid's column headers. If you click the same column header more than once, the sort will alternate between ascending and descending order.
