How to use the borrowers grid?
Use the Borrowers grid to view, edit, print and publish borrower information to the Web.
To use the Borrowers grid:
- Click the
Online Portals drop-down in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
- Scroll down and click Borrowers.
- Below are the options for the Borrowers grid:

Click to Select all borrower records. |

Click to Edit a selected borrower record. |

Click to create an Excel spreadsheet of the Borrowers grid and automatically download it to your computer's Downloads folder. |

Click to Refresh the Borrowers grid. |

Click Actions to choose from the following options:

Transmit. Click to publish all of the information to the web. |

NOTES:
- The first column of the grid denotes whether the borrower record will be published to the web or not. You can toggle the PUBLISH flag on and off by checking the
directly on the grid.
- The second column allows you to DISABLE ONLINE PMTS. or not. You can toggle this flag on or off by checking the
directly on the grid.
- The grid's contents can be sorted in various ways by clicking any of the grid's column headers. If you click the same column header more than once, the sort will alternate between ascending and descending order.
