How to use the applied online payments grid?

Use the Applied Online Payments grid to view, export, or flag applied online borrower payments.

To access the Applied Online Payments grid:

  • Select export Online Portals in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
  • Click the Online Payments drop-down, and in the Online Payments grid, make sure the drop-down in the upper right of the page shows Applied.
  • Below is a list of available functions:
Button:  Description:
export-to-excel Click Export to Excel to generate an Excel report. 
action-png-2 Click Actions to flag the loan as Pending. This will move the payment out of the Applied Online Payments grid and will add it to the Pending Online Payments grid. 

NOTE: The grid's contents can be sorted in various ways by clicking any of the grid's column headers. If you click the same column header more than once, the sort will alternate between ascending and descending order.
