You are only allowed to make changes to **unapplied** modifications. The ![edit](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Icons/edit.png?width=15&height=15&name=edit.png) **Edit** and ![delete](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Icons/delete.png?width=15&height=15&name=delete.png) **Delete** buttons are disabled if the modification has been applied. ### **To edit a GTM modification record:** - Click on ![running](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/TMO%20APP%20Icons/running.png?width=15&height=15&name=running.png) **Loan Servicing** in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®. - Click the **Loans** drop-down. - Click on **All Loans.** - From the **All Loans** grid, select the loan you want to modify. TIP: If the record you want to edit is not visible, use the grid's vertical scroll bar to scroll the contents of the grid up or down, or click ![FindSearch icon box](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/TMO%20APP%20Icons/FindSearch%20icon%20box.png?width=214&height=25&name=FindSearch%20icon%20box.png) **Find** to search for the record by entering your own search criteria. TIP: Before you have access to the Graduated Term Mortgage (**GTM**) **tab**, you must first let the system know this is a Graduated Terms type loan. To do this, select GTM-Graduated Terms in the **Rate Type** drop-down menu located in the [**Options**](https://app.hubspot.com/knowledge/6371232/edit/125642665869) tab in the Terms page of the loan file. - From the grid, select the **modification** record you want to edit. - Click ![edit](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Icons/edit.png?width=17&height=17&name=edit.png) from the options available on the top panel or **double-click** on the record you want to edit to open the **Edit Modification** dialog window. - Change information as needed. Note: Some fields may be disabled depending on whether the box to the left of the field has been checked or not.
