How to edit an attachment tab in a lender file?
This article explains how to add, delete or rename attachment tabs in loan files.
- Click on
Loan Servicing in the left-hand navigation panel of The Mortgage Office®.
- Click on All Lenders.
- From the grid, select the record you want to modify.
TIP: If the record you want to edit is not visible, go to the bottom-right-hand side of the All Lenders screen and use the page-scroll bar to find the record, or click the Find box at the top-right-hand side of the screen to search for the record by entering your own search criteria. - Double-click on the lender or choose the Edit icon
from the menu choices near the top left of the All Lenders screen.
- Select
Attachments from the list located on the left of the window.
- Click
Edit Tabs from the button options available on the top panel.
- The following options are available:

Click to add a New tab. Enter the tab's name and click OK when done. |

Click to Delete a tab. Select a tab from the list, click Delete, click Yes in the confirmation window, type Delete in the Confirm Delete window, then click OK when done. |

Click to Rename a tab. Select a tab from the list, click Rename, type the new name and click OK when done. |

Close when finished.
