How to delete a lender?

This article discusses how to delete a lender.

To delete a lender: 

CAUTION: When you delete a lender, the information is permanently removed from the database. Once a record is deleted it cannot be recovered.

  • Click on running Loan Servicing in the left-hand navigation panel of The Mortgage Office®.
  • Click on All Lenders.
  • From the grid, select the record you want to modify.

TIP: If the record you want to edit is not visible, go to the bottom-right-hand side of the All Lenders screen and use the page-scroll bar to find the record, or click the Find box FindSearch icon box at the top-right-hand side of the screen to search for the record by entering your own search criteria.   • Click delete Delete from the options available on top panel.
  • Click Yes to confirm.
  • In the Confirm Delete dialog window, type the word "DELETE" and click OK OK.
    • Or click CANCEL Cancel to cancel and abort the changes.
