How to change the custom field display order in a vendor file?
This article discusses how to change the custom field display order in a vendor file.
To change the custom field display order in a vendor file:
- Click on
Loan Servicing in the navigation panel of The Mortgage Office®.
- Scroll down to All Vendors and click on it. This will bring up a grid of all vendors.
- From the grid, select the vendor you want to modify.
TIP: If the record you want to edit is not visible, go to the bottom-right-hand side of the screen and use the page-scroll bar to find the record, or click the Find box at the top-right-hand side of the screen to search for the record by entering your own search criteria. - Double-click on the vendor or choose the Edit icon
from the menu choices near the top left of the All Vendors screen, which will bring up the Vendor screen.
- Choose
Custom Fields from the menu on the left.
- In the list of options in the panel at the top of the page, click the
Up and
Down arrows.
- Your changes will appear on the Custom Fields page immediately.
