Your Billing Rights Notice:

The Fair Credit Billing Act ("FCBA") requires businesses that offer open end credit, such as HELOC and Lines of Credit, to provide their clients a written notice ("Your Billing Rights") describing the client's right to dispute billing errors. This notice must be given when the account is first opened and with each subsequent billing statement.

We suggest pre-printing Your Billing Rights on the reverse side of the billing statement. A sample is provided below:
