What is Web Publishing Central?

Web Publishing Central is a subscription program that allows you to provide Web access to your clients so they can view their account information at any time.

With our online portals, you immediately enhance your company’s image by providing 24/7 access to statements, reports, investment offerings, online payments, tax forms, and more! You may publish information for:

The service also allows you to publish other information such as:

  • Loan Programs - Publish information about the types of loan products you have to offer.
  • About Us - Publish information about your company such as your address, phone numbers, email address, hours of operation, a brief history of the company, etc.
  • Investment Offerings - Publish information about specific investments in your pipeline that your investors can fund.
  • FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) - Publish answers to questions that your clients frequently ask your staff.  This feature can eliminate unnecessary phone calls and helps provide better customer service.
  • Resources - Publish links to resources that you feel would be of benefit to your clients.  
  • News and Events - Publish news and events that keep your clients informed about things that are happening in your organization.
  • Announcements - Publish announcements that are sent to your clients.  Each time a client accesses their account they will be notified of new announcements.
  • Messages - Communicate with your clients by means of the built-in messaging feature.  This messaging is internal to Web Publishing Central and does not go through traditional e-mail channels, thus making it very secure. Moreover, it does not require that your clients have an email address to communicate with you and your staff.

NOTES:

  • Web Publishing Central is a subscription program.  
    • In order to subscribe, contact your Applied Business Software representative by calling 800-833-3343, toll-free, and request a Subscription Agreement. A subscription agreement will be sent to you for signature and once you have executed the agreement, your company will be assigned a Publish Id.
  • Without a valid Publish Id you cannot publish to the Web with Web Publishing Central.
