What is the ProPilot AI Assistant (aka: ProPilot)?

The Mortgage Office® now offers a cutting-edge tool called ProPilot, which utilizes the latest AI (Artificial intelligence) technology to provide contextual in-app self-help and training.

ProPilot provides users with convenient access to over 500 knowledge base articles and helpful workflows. These resources are specifically designed to assist users in completing tasks within The Mortgage Office® without the need to navigate away from the page.

How to use ProPilot?

  • To access ProPilot, click on the blue Help icon located on the right-hand side of the screen in The Mortgage Office®.

NOTE: This icon is easily draggable, allowing you to place it in a convenient location on your screen.

  • Enter a question or phrase that you want to know more about in the search bar labeled "What would you like to know?" then, press the enter key on your keyboard.

  • There are two types of results that you will see:

    • An AI-generated, step-by-step answer to your question will appear in the top section of the page.

    • In the Other results section, you will find a list of relevant knowledge base articles that can provide further assistance.

  • To view and follow the step-by-step answer within the app, click on the blue Show more drop-down option.
    • At the conclusion of the step-by-step answer, you will find a list of Sources that the answer was derived from. By clicking on these links, you can easily access the relevant knowledge base article for further information.
  • To explore the results in the Other results section, click on any of the options in the list to open a new window that displays the corresponding knowledge base article.

TIP: To begin a new search, simply type a new phrase or question in the search bar labeled "What would you like to know?".

  • If you ever want to minimize or close the Assistant, simply click on the blue X in the grey circle located in the top right corner of the Assistant.

NOTE: As an AI-generated tool, ProPilot constantly learns and improves. This means that the step-by-step answer provided will become increasingly relevant to the specific questions and phrases you search for. As you continue to use ProPilot, you can expect more accurate and helpful responses tailored to your needs.
