To edit the Other notices options:
- Click
Options located on the right top of the window. - Select Notices from the drop-down list located below Loan Servicing on left side of the panel.
- Click the Other tab. The following notices are available:
- Balloon. Borrower Balloon Payment Notice.
- Beneficiary. Beneficiary Statement.
- Reinstate. Reinstatement Notice.
- GTM. Notice of Graduated Terms Mortgage Modification.
- Click
Download to download each notice for customization in Microsoft Word, using the Word add-in. To learn more about editing notices, refer to How to edit notices. - Click
OK to save the changes made or click 
Cancel to exit without saving.
