TIP: You must update this notice to list the counseling agencies located near the property owner. You may want to have a pre-printed list of agencies to include with each HUD notice or add a list of all the agencies in the areas where you do business as part of this notice.
To edit the HUD notice options:
- Click
Options located on the right top of the window. - Select Notices from the drop-down list located below Loan Servicing on left side of the panel.
- Click the HUD tab.
- Don't send this notice unless the borrower is at least __ days late. Enter the number of days to wait before sending this notice. The default value is 35 days.
TIP: The notice must be given to a delinquent homeowner borrower no later than 45 days after the date on which the homeowner becomes delinquent.
