What are the notice merge fields in Loan Servicing?

This article will list all of the merge fields available to use when customizing notices in Loan Servicing.

Using the merge fields listed below, you can customize data within notices in Loan Servicing. Click the names of each notice type to jump to those specific merge fields: Late, Insurance, NSF, Payoff, HUD, ARM, Balloon, Beneficiary, Reinstate, or GTM

TIP: You can use Custom Fields as a mail merge field by using "UDFB_" before your custom field name. For example: UDFB_Hobbies
