[Data Exports](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/knowledge/loan-servicing?hsLang=en#data-exports) November 5, 2026 # Coming Soon: Using the AI Data Explorer Tool ## This article reviews how to leverage the Data Export's AI tool to inquire about recently exported datasets. ### **Overview** The Data Export's AI insights tool opens up an additional option for gaining insights from recently created datasets. AI Data Explorer is not available by default. Please contact your Account Manager if you are to learn more about adding this to your account. ### **Getting Started** Once a dataset has been generated and is ready for download, an additional option becomes available on the right side of the window, where you can **Ask AI about this export**. There are some recommended prompts available, but you are able to ask questions directly to this tool for it to generated answers on from the data. For more details on using the Data Export tool, please visit this help article. **![Screenshot 2026-10-09 at 9.31.36 AM](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-10-09%20at%209.31.36%20AM.png?width=670&height=361&name=Screenshot%202026-10-09%20at%209.31.36%20AM.png)** When you begin engaging with this option, a new window opens on the right side of your screen allowing you to use normal language to inquire about your data. ### **Accessing Previous Chat History** If you would like to revisit a previous session, the option to do so is available directly from the Data Export screen.
