Then you can bundle documents into groups to print them together. ### **Upload a new document** Use this for your own documents **and** for TMO documents you’ve edited. 1. Go to **System Administration \> Document Maintenance** and pick your product tab. 2. Check **Active**. 4. Click **Browse**, select your .dot file and click **Open**. 5. Type a **Description**. This is the name users see 6. Choose a **Show Dialog** option (see below). 7. Click **Save**. | **Show Dialog** | **What you get** | | --- | --- | | **None** | One copy (most documents) | | **Borrowers** | A separate copy for each borrower | | **Lenders** | A separate copy for each lender | | **Properties** | A separate copy for each property | | **Encumbrances** | A separate copy for each encumbrance | | **URLAs** | A separate copy for each application | | **Escrow Voucher Assistant** | A separate copy for each escrow voucher | **Important:** Don’t change the **Template Name** field. TMO may stop recognizing the document. Rename with **Description** only. ### **TMO documents vs. your own** | | **Edited TMO document** | **Your own document** | | --- | --- | --- | | How to upload | Always as a **New Blank Document** | **New Blank Document** | | Replace the original? | **Never.** TMO updates can overwrite it and erase your changes | Yes. See “Replace a document” below | | Name it | Something different from the original, like “Promissory Note – Custom” | Anything clear | ### Replace a document you uploaded 1. In Document Maintenance, double-click your document. 2. Click **Browse** and select the updated .dot file from your computer's file explorer. 3. Click **Save**. ### Create a document group Groups can include TMO documents, your own documents, or both. 1. In Document Maintenance, pick your product tab. 2. Click **Actions \> New Document Group**. 3. Enter a **Description** with the word “Group,” like “Closing Group.” 4. Select a document on the left and click the **arrows** to select or deselect the document in the group. Repeat for each document. 5.
