Highlights

  • Late Fees — Percentage of Total Payment Calculation Corrected — Fixed an issue where late fees using the Percentage of Total Payment option were calculated on an incorrect amount due, resulting in late fees lower than they should have been.
  • Events Journal — User Account Changes Now Logged — The Events Journal now records an entry whenever a user account is created, modified, or deleted, giving administrators a full audit trail of user changes.
  • Custom Letters — New Impound Balance and Reserve Balance Merge Fields — Users can now add Impound Balance and Reserve Balance merge fields to the Demand for Payoff Letter or any custom letter to show borrowers what makes up their Trust Balance.
  • Loans API — Partial Update Field Resets — Fixed an issue where a partial loan update reset fields that were not included in the request (such as Use365DailyRate, the LOC exclusion flags, and several prepayment and default-rate settings) back to their default values.   • URLA 1003 — Borrower Cross Reference Field Now Shows the Selected Borrower — Fixed an issue where the borrower cross reference statement on the new URLA 1003 form displayed the borrower's numeric position in the dropdown, or was left blank, instead of the selected borrower's name.

  • Email All Funding Lenders — Now Uses the Active Loan's Lenders — Fixed an issue where emailing all funding lenders used the lenders from the last loan opened instead of the loan in the currently active tab.
