[Release Notes](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/knowledge/release-notes?hsLang=en) September 30, 2026 # Release Notes (September 29, 2026) ### Highlights - **Trust Account Bank Reconciliation — Reconciled Items No Longer Shown as Outstanding** — Fixed an issue where reconciled deposits and checks still appeared as outstanding items on the printed Trust Account Bank Reconciliation report. - **Consumer Credit Reporting Export — Processing Delays Resolved** — Fixed an issue where the Consumer Credit Reporting export intermittently hung or took an extended time to finish processing in the notification center. - **Regulation Z Document — Payment Schedule Table Now Renders Correctly** — Fixed an issue where the Interest and Payment Summary table on the Regulation Z document was missing or showed incorrect figures after loan terms were changed. - **Custom Letters — New ACH Next Debit Date Merge Field** — Users can now insert the borrower's ACH Next Debit Date as a merge field in custom letters, email and text message templates, and other system templates to automate ACH-related communications. ### Loan Origination **Bug Fixes** - **Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure — Loan Term Toggles Now Read-Only** — Fixed an issue where the yes/no toggles on the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure appeared editable even though their answers are driven by loan terms and manual changes would not save. - **Regulation Z Document — Payment Schedule Table Now Renders Correctly** — Fixed an issue where the Interest and Payment Summary table on the Regulation Z document was missing or showed incorrect figures after loan terms were changed. - **Lightning Docs Integration — Interest Only Indicators Now Sent Correctly** — Fixed an issue where the interest-only loan indicator and the number of interest-only months were not rendering in Lightning Docs for Interest Only loans. ### Loan Servicing **Features & Enhancements** - **Billing Statements — Impound Balance Label Now Customizable** — Lenders can now rename the Impound Balance label on billing statements through the existing user-defined labels section, so reserves such as draw inspection fees can be presented with their own terminology. - **Custom Letters — New ACH Next Debit Date Merge Field** — Users can now insert the borrower's ACH Next Debit Date as a merge field in custom letters, email and text message templates, and other system templates to automate ACH-related communications. **Bug Fixes** -
