Loan Origination — Construction Loan Terms Now Transfer to Loan Servicing — Construction loan terms now transfer completely from Loan Origination into Loan Servicing, carrying over the construction loan amount and billed-through date.
Loan Estimate — Rate, Payment, and Loan Amount Disclosures Now Trigger Correctly — Fixed an issue where the Loan Estimate's disclosures for whether the rate, payment, or loan amount can increase after closing were not dynamically triggered based on the loan terms or product type.
Consumer Billing Statement — Regulation Z Compliance Disclosures Added — Consumer loan billing statements now include a new section with the compliance disclosures required under Regulation Z.
Loan Search — Custom Field Data Now Included in Search Results — Fixed an issue where searching loan grids no longer searched custom field data the way it did in the Desktop application.
MPS All Partners Grid — Sorting and Horizontal Scrollbar Restored — Fixed an issue where the Mortgage Pool Servicing All Partners grid was missing its horizontal scrollbar, showed garbled characters in name fields, and could not be sorted by column.

Loan Terms — Maturity Date Can Now Be Calculated From Funding Date — Loan originators can now calculate a loan's maturity date from the funding date, in addition to the first payment date.
New Loan Form — Secured by Real Estate Dropdown Added — Loan originators can now mark a new loan as not secured by real estate, removing the property description requirement and error for non-real-estate and unsecured loans.

Bug Fixes

Print Documents — Authority to Receive Information Reflects All Selected Encumbrances — Fixed an issue where downloading or previewing the Authority to Receive Information document reflected only the first selected encumbrance instead of each one chosen.
Closing Disclosure — Formatting No Longer Breaks When Printed in a Document Group — Fixed an issue where a Purchase Closing Disclosure lost its formatting when another document was printed before it in the same document group.
All Loans — Fixed Filter Error When Combining Custom Fields With Other Filters — Fixed an issue where combining a custom field filter with other filters on the All Loans screen produced a database syntax error.

Payments — Warning Added for Loans Past Maturity Date — Users now see a warning, similar to the NSF warning, when processing a payment on a loan that is past its maturity date.
Draw Manager — Secure Upload Link Now Scoped to a Draw Request — Users can now generate a shareable, one-way secure upload link scoped to a specific draw request, with uploaded files landing directly in that draw's Attachments tab.

Bug Fixes

Funding Import — Bulk Import Now Reassigns Lender Funding Correctly — Fixed an issue where a customer's bulk funding import did not correctly move funding percentage and principal amounts between lenders on a loan.
MPS All Partners Grid — Sorting and Horizontal Scrollbar Restored — Fixed an issue where the Mortgage Pool Servicing All Partners grid was missing its horizontal scrollbar, showed garbled characters in name fields, and could not be sorted by column.
MPS Partner History — Fixed Error Editing Partner Transactions — Fixed an issue where editing a partner transaction from the History modal in MPS Shares Owned or Capital Invested displayed an error and prevented the edit.
Billing Statements — Fixed Last Two Statements Merging in Print Preview — Fixed an issue where the last two billing statements in a print preview merged together, causing a statement to display two headers instead of printing as separate documents.

Bug Fixes

Lender Portal — Fixed Tax Form Downloads Not Starting — Fixed an issue where clicking Download for a published tax form on the Lender Portal did nothing, even though the request succeeded.

Features & Enhancements

Construction Loans — Control When Funding Deposits to the Trust Account — Users can now configure whether funding is deposited to the construction trust account, preventing unintended trust account deposits.
Consumer Billing Statement — Regulation Z Compliance Disclosures Added — Consumer loan billing statements now include a new section with the compliance disclosures required under Regulation Z.
Escrow Vouchers — Property Address Added to Event Journal Entries — Event Journal entries for escrow vouchers now include the property's full address, so users can identify which property a voucher relates to without opening it.
