Loan Servicing – Next Debit Date Column Added to Loan Grids
Next Debit Date column is now available across all Loan Servicing → Loans grids, including standard grids and SmartViews. The value is sourced from the Borrower → ACH page and displays the upcoming ACH debit date.
Insurance Tracking – Support for Backdated Payoff and Deactivation
Insurance tracking now supports backdated payoff dates to ensure accurate coverage cancellation. When a payoff date is entered in the past, the system will use the backdated date to deactivate insurance tracking (up to 30 days retroactively) with placeLapse set to true. This update helps prevent unnecessary coverage charges after loan payoff.

E-Mail Options – Office 365 Connection
Office 365 is now available as an authentication option on the Options → E-Mail → Sending screen. Users can connect their Office 365 account by clicking Connect to Email and completing the sign-in process. Once connected, the authorized email address is displayed and used for sending emails without requiring repeated logins. The email address entered on the General tab must match the Office 365 account used to connect, or the connected account must be authorized to send on behalf of that address.

Conversation Log - Conversation Message Content Now Visible on Grids
Displaying message text content on conversation log grid wasn't before possible.

Now you can go to Conversation Log → Click Customize Grid Button on Toolbar → Check Conversation Content Option.

Escrow Vouchers - Property Address Now Visible on Escrow Voucher Screen
Only description of the property showed when generating or editing an Escrow Voucher, making difficult to identify which property the Escrow Voucher was for. Now, both the Property Address and Description show to a better user experience.

AUS Regional Date Formatting
Fixed issue where dates displayed in U.S. format (MM/DD/YYYY) in certain parts of TMO, despite correct regional settings for AUS.

T3 & T5 Import Issue (Canada Tax Readiness)
Fixed issue where an import would hang in the background when importing a batch for T3s and T5s.

Initial Escrow Disclosure - Calculations for Periodic Escrow Disbursements
To allow for better user experience, covering the full variations of escrow disbursements the disclosure has been updated to account for disbursements for taxes, insurance or other escrow vendors at frequencies of monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-yearly, yearly or once only.

To run Package Installer to update the form and document go to Loan Origination → System Administration → All → Package Installer. To create the disclosure, use the Escrow Voucher form.

SQL Queries within SmartViews fixed
SQL Queries can be used to refine SmartViews in Loan Origination again without an error message.
Online Application multi-borrower and multi-property capture fixed
LO clients using the standard online application can again capture co-borrowers/additional borrowers and additional property.
