You can use the Window Envelope Alignment tool to adjust the location in which the company's return address and the recipient's address are printed.
NOTE: Often times, envelope window location differs between envelope manufacturers and printer alignment also differs between printers. To compensate for this, the adjustments are persisted to your computer's Registry and are not system wide. This enables you to individualize these settings according to local needs. For example, a printer attached directly to your computer.
To use window envelope alignment tool:
- Click on
Loan Servicing in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®. - Click Tasks & Reports from the menu located on the left of the window.
- Under the Options & Maintenance section, click the Windows Envelope Alignment hyperlink.
- Enter the following options:
| Button: | Description: |
| Envelope Style | Select the correct envelope style. |
| Unit of Measure | Choose whether to use Inches or Centimeters. |
| Restore Defaults | Click this hyperlink to restore the options to the default options. |
| Margins | Enter in the margin measurements for the envelope window. |
TIP: Ensure you are using the correct Unit of Measure and always measure from the edge of the page.
