How to use the vouchers grid in a construction loan?
This article discusses how to use the Vouchers grid in a construction loan.
The construction voucher grid has been designed to provide visual feedback on the status of the vouchers.
How to access the vouchers grid:
- Click on
Loan Servicing in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
- Click the Loans drop-down.
- Click Construction below All Loans from the menu located on the left of the window.
- From the grid, select the loan you want to modify.
TIP: If the record you want to edit is not visible, use the grid's vertical scroll bar to scroll the contents of the grid up or down, or click Find to search for the record by entering your own search criteria. For additional information see How to use find and How to use the data grids.
- Click
Edit from the options available on the top panel or double-click on the item.
- Click
Terms from the list located on the left of the window, and select the Construction Tab.
- Click the Vouchers tab.
- The following options are available:

Click to export the contents of the grid to Microsoft Excel and automatically download to your computer's Downloads folder. |

Click to customize the loan grid. Clicking this opens a window where you can change the display order of the grid columns and whether they are displayed or not. |

Click to refresh the contents of the grid. |
NOTE: The grid's contents can be sorted in various ways by clicking any of the grid's column headers. If you click the same column header more than once, the sort will alternate between ascending and descending order.
