The lender’s portfolio displays all the loans **owned** by the lender, along with each loan's sold rate, borrower's name, regular payment amount, principal balance and more.  ### To use the Portfolio grid: - Click the ![RUNNING MAN loan servicing](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/RUNNING%20MAN%20loan%20servicing.png?width=15&height=18&name=RUNNING%20MAN%20loan%20servicing.png) **Loan Servicing** drop-down in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®. - Click **All Lenders** from the menu located in the drop-down menu. - From the grid, select the lender you want to **view**. TIP: If the record you want to edit is not visible, use the grid's vertical scroll bar to scroll the contents of the grid page by page, or click ![FindSearch icon box](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/TMO%20APP%20Icons/FindSearch%20icon%20box.png?width=154&height=18&name=FindSearch%20icon%20box.png) **Find** to search for the record by entering your own search criteria. NOTE: You can select **Funding History for \[borrower name\],** or **All Funding History.** | | ![ACTIONS with button border outline](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ACTIONS%20with%20button%20border%20outline.png?width=99&height=25&name=ACTIONS%20with%20button%20border%20outline.png) | Click Actions to select from the following options: Hide Paid Loans   Select this option if you want to hide loans with zero principal balance. Display Net to Lender Select this option to display net amounts to lender.
