The Billing History grid contains detailed information in chronological order of all billings generated for this loan. You may use this grid to delete a billing a reprint a billing statement. To learn more read How to Reprint a Billing Statement.
NOTE: We suggest pre-printing Your Billing Rights on the reverse side of the billing statement.
To use the Billing History grid:
- Click on the
Loan Servicing drop-down menu in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
- Click the Loans drop-down menu.
- Click Construction from the list that drops down.
- From the Construction grid, select the loan you want to modify.
TIP: If the loan you want to edit is not visible, use the grid's vertical scroll bar to scroll the contents of the grid up or down, or click 
Find to search for the record by entering your own search criteria. For additional information see How to Use Find and How to Use the Data Grids.
- Click
Edit from the options available on the top panel or double-click the loan. - Click
Terms on the vertical menu on the left. - Within the loan Terms, click the Construction tab.
- In the Construction tab, click the Project tab.
- Under the Tasks section, click the Billing History hyperlink.
- Below is a list of available functions:

Click to Export the history records to Excel, and automatically download to your computer's Download folder. |
