The Billing History grid contains detailed information in chronological order of all billings generated for this loan. You may use this grid to delete a billing a reprint a billing statement. To learn more read [How to Reprint a Billing Statement](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/knowledge/how-to-reprint-a-billing-statement-in-commercial-loans?hsLang=en). ### To use the Billing History grid: - Click on the ![running](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/TMO%20APP%20Icons/running.png?width=15&height=15&name=running.png) **Loan Servicing** drop-down menu in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®. - Click the **Loans** drop-down menu. - Click **Commercial** from the list that drops down. - From the **Commercial** grid, select the loan you want to modify. TIP: If the loan you want to edit is not visible, use the grid's vertical scroll bar to scroll the contents of the grid up or down, or click ![FindSearch icon box](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/TMO%20APP%20Icons/FindSearch%20icon%20box.png?width=214&height=25&name=FindSearch%20icon%20box.png) **Find** to search for the record by entering your own search criteria. Click ![Terms from drop-down on Borrower page-](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Terms%20from%20drop-down%20on%20Borrower%20page-.png?width=16&height=13&name=Terms%20from%20drop-down%20on%20Borrower%20page-.png) **Terms** on the vertical menu on the left. -
