How to use Manage Licenses?
This article explains what License Management is and the different actions to take within the Manage Licenses tab.
License Management empowers users of The Mortgage Office® to conveniently manage their company's user and security settings within the software. The Manage Licenses tab serves as a comprehensive list of all users who may have access to one or more of your company's databases.
Upon purchasing The Mortgage Office® software, the admin user will receive an email containing Supervisor login credentials. The Supervisor user type grants access to a comprehensive range of functions within User Management, such as the ability to add, delete, and edit users and user groups.
After logging in as the Supervisor for the first time, the Manage Licenses page will display a single record in the grid, which represents the Supervisor. From here, the Supervisor can begin adding users and granting access to the modules that have been purchased.
To navigate to the Manage Licenses tab:
- Click the white circle containing the blue letter
in the top right corner of The Mortgage Office®.
