[Borrowers](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/knowledge/online-portals?hsLang=en#borrowers) July 1, 2026 # Sharing Attachments to the Borrower Portal ## This article reviews how to share loan attachments for Borrower's in their portals. ### **Navigating to Loan Attachments![Screenshot 2026-07-01 at 10.10.32 AM](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-07-01%20at%2010.10.32%20AM.png?width=158&height=173&name=Screenshot%202026-07-01%20at%2010.10.32%20AM.png)** Loan servicing attachments are retained on the individual loan level. Therefore, each loan file has a section where relevant attachments are able to be retained and stored. To locate these attachments, you'll first open a loan, and then navigate to Attachments in the loan navigation. ### **Selecting Attachments** Each attachment has a box associated with it, allowing the option to make each attachments **Available Online**. When this box is checked, the attachment will instantly be made available in that Borrower's portal, no additional publishing or transmitting action is required.  ![Screenshot 2026-07-01 at 10.16.39 AM](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-07-01%20at%2010.16.39%20AM.png?width=670&height=96&name=Screenshot%202026-07-01%20at%2010.16.39%20AM.png) ### **Adding Attachments from Tasks and Reports** When utilizing Loan Servicing Tasks & Reports, some notices and reports can be shared with Borrowers directly from that generation workflow.
