How to reprint a construction billing statement?

This part of the documentation discusses how to reprint a Borrower Billing Statement for construction loans.

To reprint the Borrower Billing Statement:

  • Click on the running Loan Servicing drop-down menu in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
  • Click the Loans drop-down menu.
  • Click Construction from the list that drops down.
  • From the Construction grid, select the loan you want to modify.

TIP: If the record you want to edit is not visible, use the grid's vertical scroll bar to scroll the contents of the grid up or down, or click FindSearch icon box Find to search for the record by entering your own search criteria.   • Click edit Edit from the options available on the top panel or double-click the loan.
  • If necessary, click Terms from drop-down on Borrower page- Terms on the vertical menu on the left.
  • Within the loan Terms, click the Construction tab.
  • Under the Tasks section, click the Billing History hyperlink.
  • Select the last record in the list of entries and click delete Delete.
  • Click YES button Yes to move forward with the deletion.
  • Type "delete" and click OKOK.
  • Now that the latest record is deleted, follow these instructions to print the billing statement.
