How to reply to a message in the inbox grid?

This article discusses how you can reply to a message that has been sent to you from your borrowers, lenders and partners.

To reply to a message:

  • Select export Online Portals in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
  • In the drop-down, click Messages.
  • In the Messages grid, make sure the drop-down in the upper right of the page shows Inbox.
  • Select the message you want to reply to, then click BLUE CURVE-BACK ARROW reply, with button border Reply.
  • Below is a table of fields and descriptions available for use in the Reply To Message window: 
    Field: Description:
    TO... email recipient gray button

    Your reply will default to the sender, but you may also click To... to select a different recipient from the list. See How to use lookup windows?

    Click OK OK if you have selected a recipient.

    Subject: In the Subject box, keep the default subject or type the subject of the message if necessary.
    Reply In the large box, type your Reply.
    Priority:

    From the Priority box, select the importance of the message from the drop-down. The options are

    • High
    • Normal
    • Low
    Print button

    Click to Print, Preview, or Email the message.

    SEND blue button Click to Send the message.
    CANCEL Click Cancel to abort.
