How to publish information to the web?

This article discusses how to publish information to the web.

TIP: You may publish as often as necessary to keep the information current. The amount of time required to publish depends on the amount of data transmitted and the speed of your Internet connection.

NOTES:

  • Web Publishing Central is a subscription program.  
    • In order to subscribe, contact your Applied Business Software representative by calling 800-833-3343, toll-free, and request a Subscription Agreement. A subscription agreement will be sent to you for signature and once you have executed the agreement, your company will be assigned a Publish Id.
  • Without a valid Publish Id you cannot publish to the Web with Web Publishing Central.

To publish information to the web:

  • Click on export Online Portals in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
  • Select either Options, Borrowers, Lenders, Partners, or Investment Offerings, depending on the information you want to publish:
    • Options will publish any new information to the web. 
    • Borrowers will only publish Borrower information to the web.

    • Lenders will only publish Lender information to the web. 
      • Click here to learn how to publish only Lender information. 
    • Partners will only publish Partner information to the web. 
      • Click here to learn how to publish only Partner information. 
    • Investment Offerings will only publish Investment Offering information to the web.
      • Click here to learn how to publish only Investment Offering information. 
  • In any option that you choose, click Publish Cloud Arrow, with button border Transmit to publish the information.
