How to generate a trust account register?
This article discusses how to generate a Trust Account Register.
To print a Trust Account Register:
- Click the
Trust Accounts drop-down in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
- Click Tasks & Reports from the menu located on the left of the window.
- Under the Banking Reports section, click
Account Register.
- Select a Trust Account from the drop-down menu.
TIP: The list only includes trust accounts set to Active.
Include Unprinted Checks. Select this option to include checks that have not been printed.
Group Deposits. Select this option to group transactions belong to a bank deposit into a single transaction.
- Select the Reporting Period from the drop-down list. The options are:
- Today
- Yesterday
- This Week
- Last Week
- This Month
- Last Month
- Quarter to Date
- Year to Date
- Custom Period
TIP: If you want to enter From and To dates, select Custom Period from the drop-down list.
- Click
to open a print preview window containing the register.
