How to generate a trust account register?

This article discusses how to generate a Trust Account Register.

To print a Trust Account Register:

        • Click the users Trust Accounts drop-down in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
        • Click Tasks & Reports from the menu located on the left of the window.
        • Under the Banking Reports section, click nicer looking printer icon Account Register.
        • Select a Trust Account from the drop-down menu.

        TIP: The list only includes trust accounts set to Active.

        • blank check box Include Unprinted Checks. Select this option to include checks that have not been printed.
        • blank check box Group Deposits. Select this option to group transactions belong to a bank deposit into a single transaction.
        • Select the Reporting Period from the drop-down list. The options are:
          • Today
          • Yesterday
          • This Week
          • Last Week
          • This Month
          • Last Month
          • Quarter to Date
          • Year to Date
          • Custom Period

        TIP: If you want to enter From and To dates, select Custom Period from the drop-down list.

          • Click PREVIEW blue button no border to open a print preview window containing the register.

          • Click  or the black X Exit in the corner of the assistant to exit.
