How to generate a client statement of account?
This article discusses how to generate a Client Statement of Account.
To print a Client Statement of Account:
- Click the
Trust Accounts drop-down in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
- Click Tasks & Reports from the menu located on the left of the window.
- Under the Management Reports section, click
Client Statements.
- Select a Trust Account from the drop-down menu.
TIP: The list only includes trust accounts set to Active.
- Select a Client from the drop-down list. Your options are:
- All Clients
- Selected Clients by Account
TIP: When you choose Select Clients by Account you must enter starting and ending account numbers in the From, To input fields. You can enter the same starting and ending account number to select a single client, or you can enter a logical range. For example, if you enter HBT as the starting and ending accounts, all clients with account numbers starting with HBT will be included.
TIP: Click to open a lookup window that allows you to select a record from a list of existing records. For more details see How to use lookup windows.
- Select Envelope Size. Select an envelope size from the drop-down list. The available choices are:
- None (No special adjustments are made for window envelopes)
- DFS-771 (4 1/8 x 9 in)
- Size 9 (3 7/8 x 8 7/8 in)
- Size 10 (4 1/8 x 9 1/2 in)
- Select the Statement Period from the drop-down list. The options are:
- All Dates
- Month to Date
- Quarter to Date
- Year to Date
- Last Month
- Last Quarter
- Last Year
- Custom Period
TIP: If you want to enter From and To dates, select Custom Period from the drop-down list.
- Click the Edit Statement Message hyperlink to open a window and edit the message to print on the statements.

to open a print preview window containing the statement.
