To import a SmartView™:
- Click the
Mortgage Pool Servicing drop-down in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®. - Click on either; the Shares Owned, the Capital Based, or the CMO drop-down, depending on the type of SmartView™ you want to import.
- Click the SmartViews drop-down.
- In the SmartViews drop-down, click Manage SmartViews.
- With the Manage SmartViews grid open, click
Import to open the Import SmartView dialog window. - Click
Browse to locate the SmartView™ record in your computer. - In the file explorer, Double-click the record to open it or click the record once to highlight it then click Open.
- Click
to upload the SmartView™ or click 
or the 
in the corner of the assistant to exit.
