[General](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/knowledge/online-portals?hsLang=en#general) October 9, 2026 # How to get started with Web Publishing Central? ## Publishing your information to the Web is easy and in most cases, it can be accomplished in a few minutes. ### **To get started:** - **Contact** your Applied Business Software **representative** by calling **800-833-3343**, toll-free, and request a Subscription **Agreement**. A subscription agreement will be **sent** to you for signature. - Once you have read, executed and returned the agreement to Applied Business Software, you'll receive a **Publish Id** that has been assigned to your company. NOTE: Without this Id, you **cannot** publish to the Web with Web Publishing Central. - Click on ![export](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Icons/export.png?width=15&height=15&name=export.png) **Online Portals** in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®. - Select **Options** from the drop-down menu. - This will open the **Web Publishing Central** screen. - Enter information in the following sections: - In the **Publishing** **Options** section: | **Field:** | **Description:** | | --- | --- | | **Publish Id** | Enter the **Publish Id** provided to you by Applied Business Software. | | **Publish Name** | Enter the **Publish Name** you'd like to display for your clients as your company name. Although it **defaults** to the name entered in the Company Properties window, you can change it here. | | **Last Published** | The **Last Published** date is *read only.* | - In the **Contact Information** section: | **Field:** | **Description:** | | --- | --- | | **Name & Address** | Enter a **name** and **address**. | | **Phone** | Enter a **phone** number. | | **Fax** | Enter a **fax** number. | | **Email** | Enter an **email** address. | - In the **Electronic Payments** section: | **Field:** | **Description:** | | --- | --- | | **![image-png-Oct-02-2023-09-39-12-7356-AM](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-02-2023-09-39-12-7356-AM.png?width=15&height=13&name=image-png-Oct-02-2023-09-39-12-7356-AM.png) Enable Online Payments** | Check this box to enable online payments.
