How to get started with Web Publishing Central?
Publishing your information to the Web is easy and in most cases, it can be accomplished in a few minutes.
To get started:
- Contact your Applied Business Software representative by calling 800-833-3343, toll-free, and request a Subscription Agreement. A subscription agreement will be sent to you for signature.
- Once you have read, executed and returned the agreement to Applied Business Software, you'll receive a Publish Id that has been assigned to your company.
NOTE: Without this Id, you cannot publish to the Web with Web Publishing Central.

Click on
Online Portals in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.

Select Options from the drop-down menu.

This will open the Web Publishing Central screen.
- Enter information in the following sections:
- In the Publishing Options section:
Field: | Description: |
Publish Id | Enter the Publish Id provided to you by Applied Business Software. |
Publish Name | Enter the Publish Name you'd like to display for your clients as your company name. Although it defaults to the name entered in the Company Properties window, you can change it here. |
Last Published | The Last Published date is read only. |
- In the Contact Information section:

Name & Address | Enter a name and address. |
Phone | Enter a phone number. |
Fax | Enter a fax number. |
Enter an email address. |
- In the Electronic Payments section:

Check this box to enable online payments. TIP: If you don't want to enable online payments, leave this box unchecked. |
Provider | Use the drop-down menu to choose a payment provider. |
Merchant Name | Enter the merchant name that was provided by the payment provider. |
User Name | Enter the user name that was provided by the payment provider. |
Password | Enter password that was provided by the payment provider. |

Check this box to enable online EFT payments. |

Check this box to enable online Credit Card payments. |

Check this box to enable online Debit Card payments. |
- In the Lenders View Central section:

Check this box if you want to publish information about lender checks which have been received but not yet sent. |

Check this box if you want to publish the amount of money in the lender's trust account. |

Check this box if you want to publish entries from the borrower conversation log to lenders in their online portal. |
- Click
Apply in the upper-right-hand corner to save any changes.
- Click
Publish in the upper-right-hand corner to publish any changes.
- Check
Cancel in the upper-right-hand to discard any changes.
