Getting started
In order to process payments electronically, you must submit your ACH files to a financial institution that is a member of the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) or the Canadian Payments Association (CPA). You can transfer the file to the bank or credit union of your choice using a computer diskette, via e-mail or other means; or you if you want a more streamlined, automated process, use one of our strategic partners who provide ACH/CPA services.
