How to generate the missing & duplicate checks report?
This article discusses how to generate the Missing & Duplicate Checks Report for a Trust Account.
NOTE: This report provides information about missing and/or duplicate check numbers.
To print the Missing & Duplicate Checks Report:
- Click the
Trust Accounts drop-down in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
- Click Tasks & Reports from the menu located on the left of the window.
- Under the Banking Reports section, click
Missing & Duplicate Checks Report.
- Select a Trust Account from the drop-down menu.
TIP: The list only includes trust accounts set to Active.
- Select the Reporting Period from the drop-down list. The options are:
- Today
- Yesterday
- This Week
- Last Week
- This Month
- Last Month
- Quarter to Date
- Year to Date
- Custom Period
TIP: If you want to enter From and To dates, select Custom Period from the drop-down list.
- Click
to open a print preview window containing the report.
