How to generate the index validation report for an ARM loan?

This part of the documentation discusses how to generate the index validation report for ARM loans.

The Index Validation Report was designed to review ARM indexes for errors. Any errors will be listed on the ARM Index Validation Report with information about the error, for you to correct. 

To generate the ARM Index Validation Report:

  • Click on running Loan Servicing in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
  • Click on Tasks & Reports.
  • Click the print ARM Index Validation Report hyperlink located underneath the Adjustable Rate Mortgages section.
  • This brings up a preview window where you're able to view, print, export or email the report. To learn more about print preview windows, read this article.
