How to export information to an accounting system integration?

This article describes how to export files to your accounting system integration, from The Mortgage Office®.

The Mortgage Office® integrates with 2 different providers: PeopleSoft and QuickBooks, though we offer 2 different options for integrating with QuickBooks: CSV and IIF

The Export to Accounting assistant makes it easy to export files from The Mortgage Office® and import them into PeopleSoft or QuickBooks. 

To export the file: 

  • Click on the running Loan Servicing drop-down menu in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
  • Click Tasks & Reports. 
  • Under the Accounting System Integration section, click Export. 
  • In the Export to Accounting window, use the blank check box Select All or blank check box Clear All buttons in the top panel to select all or specific records to export. 
  • Click OK OK to continue with the export and create the export file, or CANCEL Cancel to abort the export. 
  • Import the exported file into PeopleSoft or QuickBooks.
