What are the Trust Accounting options?

This article discusses the Trust Accounting options.

The Trust Accounting options can be accessed from Tasks & Reports or from the white cog blue background Options window.

To edit the Trust Accounting options from Tasks & Reports:

  • Click the users Trust Accounts drop-down in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
  • Click Tasks & Reports from the menu located on the left of the window.
  • Under the Maintenance section, click print Options.
  • The following options are available:

    Field:

    Description:

    blank check box Print Company Name & Address on Check

    Select this option to if you want your company name and address printed on the check instead of using pre-printed checks.

    RE 855:

    Click the Download with wording and button border Download button to download the Trust Fund Status Report for editing. 

    Click the Browse button to browse your computer for the edited report for uploading.

    Once you've browsed your computer & selected the report click UPLOAD with wording, with button border Upload to upload the edited report. 

    RE 856:

    Click the Download with wording and button border Download button to download the Trust Fund Bank Account Reconciliation for editing. 

    Click the Browse button to browse your computer for the edited reconciliation for uploading.

    Once you've browsed your computer & selected the report click UPLOAD with wording, with button border Upload to upload the edited reconciliation.

    • Click OK to Apply the changes made or click or the black X Exit in the corner of the assistant to exit.

    To edit the Trust Accounting options from the white cog blue background Options window:

    • Click white cog blue background Options located on the right top of the window.
    • Select tax forms management blue folded paper with lines on it Trust Accounting from the navigation panel in the white cog blue background Options window.
    • The following options are available:

      Click the Download with wording and button border Download button to download the Trust Fund Bank Account Reconciliation for editing. 

      Click the Browse button to browse your computer for the edited reconciliation for uploading.

      Once you've browsed your computer & selected the report click UPLOAD with wording, with button border Upload to upload the edited reconciliation.

      • Click OK to Apply the changes made or click or the black X Exit in the corner of the assistant to exit.
