NOTE: All of the Partners in Loan Servicing will automatically populate this grid. You have the option of **selecting** which Partners are **published** to the [www.PartnersViewCentral.com](https://www.partnersviewcentral.com) website by simply checking or unchecking the **Publish ![blank check box](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/TMO%20APP%20Icons/blank%20check%20box.png?width=22&height=23&name=blank%20check%20box.png)** checkbox. ### To edit partners: - Click the ![export](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Icons/export.png?width=15&height=15&name=export.png) **Online Portals** drop-down in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®. - Scroll down and click **Partners.** - Select a partner record in the grid and click![borrowers page EDIT icon\_r](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/borrowers%20page%20EDIT%20icon_r.png?width=20&height=17&name=borrowers%20page%20EDIT%20icon_r.png) **Edit** from the buttons at the top of the page to **open** the ![borrowers page EDIT icon\_r](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/borrowers%20page%20EDIT%20icon_r.png?width=20&height=17&name=borrowers%20page%20EDIT%20icon_r.png) Edit Partner window.   - You can also **double-click** the partner record to open the ![borrowers page EDIT icon\_r](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/borrowers%20page%20EDIT%20icon_r.png?width=20&height=17&name=borrowers%20page%20EDIT%20icon_r.png) Edit Partner window. - Review and **Edit** the fields below:  - **Account.** *Read only.* This information comes from the partner's loan file in the Loan Servicing module. - **Full Name.** *Read only.* This information comes from the partner's loan file in the Loan Servicing module. - **Email Address.** *Read only.* This information comes from the partner's loan file in the Loan Servicing module. - **PIN.**  Enter a new partner login PIN here. The PIN can be up to 10 alpha-numeric characters. NOTE: Before a partner can access his/her online account, they must be assigned a PIN. The Mortgage Office® **automatically assigns** the last four digits of the TIN (tax identification or social security number) as it appears in the partner's file. - - ![blank check box](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/TMO%20APP%20Icons/blank%20check%20box.png?width=16&height=17&name=blank%20check%20box.png) **Publish.** Check this box if you want to **publish** this partner's information to the web.
