How to edit lenders?

This article discusses how to edit lender information as it pertains to www.LendersViewCentral.com.

NOTE: All of the Lenders in Loan Servicing will automatically populate this grid. You have the option of selecting which Lenders are published to the www.LendersViewCentral.com website by simply checking or unchecking the Publish blank check box checkbox.

To edit lenders: 

  • Click the export Online Portals drop-down in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
  • Scroll down and click Lenders.
  • Select a lender record in the grid and click borrowers page EDIT icon_r Edit from the buttons at the top of the page to open the borrowers page EDIT icon_r Edit Lender window.  
    • You can also double-click the lender record to open the borrowers page EDIT icon_r Edit Lender window.
  •  Review and Edit the fields below: 
    • Account. Read only. This information comes from the lender's loan file in the Loan Servicing module.
    • Full Name. Read only. This information comes from the lender's loan file in the Loan Servicing module.
    • Email Address. Read only. This information comes from the lender's loan file in the Loan Servicing module.
    • PIN.  Enter a new lender login PIN here. The PIN can be up to 10 alpha-numeric characters.

NOTE: Before a lender can access his/her online account, they must be assigned a PIN. The Mortgage Office® automatically assigns the last four digits of the TIN (tax identification or social security number) as it appears in the lender's file.

    • blank check box Publish. Check this box if you want to publish this lender's information to the web.

NOTE: You may also click the blank check box directly from the grid to toggle the PUBLISH flag on and off.

  • Click image-png-Jul-20-2023-04-31-03-9041-PM OK to save the changes made or click image-png-Jul-26-2023-04-29-08-2466-PM Cancel to exit without saving.
