What are the insurance expiration notice options?
This article discusses what the Insurance Expiration notices options are.
To edit the Insurance Expiration notices options:
- Click
Options located on the right top of the window.
- Select Notices from the drop-down list located below Loan Servicing on left side of the panel.
- Click the Insurance tab.
- The 3 possible expiration notices that may be sent to borrowers at different intervals, based on the parameters that are set up, are below:
Send 1st notice ___ days after expiration date. Check this box if you want to send the 1st notice and, in the box, notate the number of dates after expiration you want the notice to be sent.
Send 2nd notice ___ days after expiration date. Check this box if you want to send the 2nd notice and, in the box, notate the number of dates after expiration you want the notice to be sent.
Send 3rd notice ___ days after expiration date. Check this box if you want to send the 3rd notice and, in the box, notate the number of dates after expiration you want the notice to be sent.

- Under the Microsoft Word Template section, click
Download to download the notice for customization in Microsoft Word, using the Word add-in. To learn more about editing notices, refer to How to edit notices.
- Click
OK to save the changes made or click
Cancel to exit without saving.
