How to edit an attachment tab in a loan file?

This article explains how to add, delete or rename attachment tabs in loan files.

To add, delete or rename attachment tabs:

    • Click on the image-png-Jul-14-2023-12-46-04-6535-AM Loan Servicing drop-down menu in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.

    • Click the Loans drop-down menu. 

    • Click All Loans from the list that drops down.

    • From the All Loans grid, select the loan you want to modify.

    TIP: If the record you want to edit is not visible, use the grid's vertical scroll bar to scroll the contents of the grid up or down, or click FindSearch icon box Find to search for the record by entering your own search criteria.     • Click edit from the options available on the top panel or double-click on the item.
    • Select attachments no box Attachments from the list located on the left of the window.
    • Click edit tabs Edit Tabs from the button options available on the top panel.
    • The following options are available:
    Field: Description:
    custom fields tab buttons new Click to add a New tab. Enter the tab's name and click OK when done.
    custom fields tab buttons delete Click to Delete a tab. Select a tab from the list, click Delete, click Yes in the confirmation window, type Delete in the Confirm Delete window, then click OK when done.
    custom fields tab buttons rename Click to Rename a tab. Select a tab from the list, click Rename, type the new name and click OK when done.
    • Click CLOSE black button with no border Close when finished.
