How to delete a message in the sent items grid?

This article discusses how you can delete messages that have been sent to your borrowers, lenders and partners.

To delete a message:

WARNING: Once a message has been deleted, it cannot be retrieved.

  • Select export Online Portals in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
  • In the drop-down, click Messages.
  • In the Messages grid, make sure the drop-down in the upper right of the page shows Sent Items.
  • Select the message you want to read, then click delete with button border outline Delete to delete the selected message.
  • In the Delete dialog box, click YES button Yes.
  • In the Confirm Delete dialog box, type the word DELETE and click OKOK to proceed with the deletion, or CANCELCancel to abort.
