How to delete a message in the sent items grid?
This article discusses how you can delete messages that have been sent to your borrowers, lenders and partners.
To delete a message:
WARNING: Once a message has been deleted, it cannot be retrieved.
- Select
Online Portals in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
- In the drop-down, click Messages.
- In the Messages grid, make sure the drop-down in the upper right of the page shows Sent Items.
- Select the message you want to read, then click
Delete to delete the selected message.
- In the Delete dialog box, click
Yes.
- In the Confirm Delete dialog box, type the word DELETE and click
OK to proceed with the deletion, or
Cancel to abort.
