How to customize borrower payment receipts?
This article discusses how to customize borrower payment receipts.
To edit the payment receipts:
- Click
Options located on the right top of the window.
- Select Receipts from the drop-down list located below Loan Servicing on left side of the panel.
- In the Select Editable Element and Type Text Below: section, select which element of the form you want to edit from the drop-down menu.
- Once you've selected an element to edit, type a maximum of 2048 characters in the box below the drop-down menu. The available editable items are:
- Return Address Text.
- Bottom Left Box Text
- Bottom Right Box Text
- Click
OK to save the changes made or click
Cancel to exit without saving.
